| The destruction of Great Vale in the 1400's in many ways drove the Principality into isolation. while Algart is still part of The Realm, and follows The Law, their customs seem strange and their interpretation of The Law seem strange to outsiders. The princely family has maintained an unbroken line of descent from the God-Kings, and considers itself by far more truly noble and well born than any other noble house they've met.
