 +**PASSIVE INCOME**:  each month, the odds are that Duda's Dudes will have 1 job "off camera"  Roll 1d6 for the number of days the job takes (a 6 indicating 1d6 additional days).   Each day, Duda gets 15gp per HD of Dudes (including Duda), with 10gp/HD of that going to the individual dude as his retainer wage.  Mercenary work is dangerous work, so there is a 1 in 10 chance per man that he was killed on the job (excluding Duda).
