Ed is in charge of the front of the house hosting guests, while Ted runs the kitchen and sees that orders are placed and delivered without issue. Consequently, its dining room is accounted the premier public food operation in the entire town of Jorvikburg. The lodgings are also considered first rate, if marginally below that of the Welcome Inn. The establishment's most famous dish is the beefsteak and broiled turnips (guaranteed to be Handsome Steve Brand turnips always).
