Erathis is the god of civilization, discipline and law. Rulers, judges, pioneers and constables citizens revere him in the new world of Radavan. The city of Salt Temple is dedicated to the worship of the Lawgiver, and live their lives in a particularly regimented method as dictated by the tabernacle's prelate to remain “holy.”

Erathis strives to establish a “lattice of heaven”, a network of communities of beings living in absolute harmony. They are a being of pure order and law, with little or no interest in any sort of moral concerns.

Erathis is unique in that their followers care little for methods, only results. Whether peace and order is achieved by understand and co-operation or through crushing, militant, martial law as long as the bells ring on time the Lord of Order and his faithful are satisfied. As the daeva of order and civilization, Erathis is the antithesis of The Wild Mother - the embodiment of wilderness.

There is a large, gaudy tabernacle to Erathis in Blackangel but it is mostly for show and is subsidized by merchants traveling from Salt Temple.

The Eternal Queue of Erathis is the name for the religion's afterlife.

The religion that serves Erathis includes a number of saints. Among the mighty saints are: Steve, Chad, and Harold.
