While the Elven Heritage has their caste system, and the Dwarven Heritage sort themselves by guilds, those in the heritage of humanity identify themselves depending on their rulers and government they ascribe to. Many realms are led by petty leaders only intent on serving the mighty. Few have representative forms of government allowing the commoners have a say in the future of the state. Within this heritage, the human citizens are joined by the race of diminutive fellows as well as those with the blood of the fey.
