This is the most miserable section of the city. It is crammed with poorly build slum housing and cheap dive bars. It's dangerous for everyone, and respectable people avoid it in fear for the their money and lives.
The ward is only accessible from Weaverton or Meekville
Shopping in Ratburg: this is the place to try to find poisons and other illegal goods for sale. Spend a day and Roll CHA on 1d100 to find a seller, but a result of 95+ means arrest by the guards. Purchase haggling: roll d20 WIS and d20 CHA checks: if you succeed at both pay list; if you fail both; pay triple list, if you succeed at only 1, pay double list.
