Bitter, hot-tempered, and mean, Dale Richards is president of the Richards Fashions company, a bulk producer of low-cost clothing. He was grievously angered by the Communist and Mafia attempts to take over the fashion districts, and still blames the Garment Workers Union for the incursions, and for most of his ongoing troubles.
