The Gotham Commodity Exchange is a large, stately building with many offices and a large trading floor, with a bunch of people running around screaming Buy! Buy! Buy! and Sell! Sell! Sell! and somehow this results in orange juice on your breakfast table and steel frames for your cars.

That is not too far off from how a commodities exchange works, Dave!

While there isn't a local stock exchange (New York being too close), the Gotham Commodity Exchange is very active and vibrant, the coordinator of much business along the East Coast.

It is located along Harbor Street in the Financial District.
