The Wayne Building is a mini-skyscraper built in the 1920's. It serves as the corporate and engineering headquarters for Wayne Technologies, and has numerous other business offices and some fashionable apartments as well, including the penthouse apartment of Patrick Wayne and a swell place rented by Blair Elliot. It is located in the heart of Gotham Proper, at the corner of Wayne Boulevard and Schooner Street.
