Synopsis

  • Aaron Thompson learns that the Anarch Jimmy C is dead from Jimmy's Anarch childe Monkfish.
  • Zephyr the Assamite reaches Aaron and tells him that Omar is innocent, but wanted an apology for killing Omar's favorite ghoul. Zephyr warns that if things escalate that Bomani and the Assamites will defend themselves.
  • The Anarchs hold a commemorative happy hours at their bar in honor of Jimmy C who was apparently staked, tortured, and burned to death in an old barn.
  • The Ventrue Amos Deakins is introduced to York by Constance.
  • The Brujah and former Anarch Skimbleshanks is introduced to York by Aaron.
  • York learns that Charles has left York indefinitely.
  • No less than four ice delivery trucks show up at The Gene Pool the night of Elysium to deliver ice.
  • The trucks carry a riddle, which is addressed to Prince Q.
  • Q orders all kindred to stay out of Dillsburg the evening of Elysium. Later, there are reports of significant property damage from a drunk driving incident. There were no deaths in the destruction, though.
  • The newly built McKeon Group building in West York was burned down soon after the Dillsburg accident.
  • Many of York's Kindred remember Tybalt and have learned that he has also been pushed to final death.
  • A new piece by the artist Justin Quick is put on display in Lancaster.
  • York learns that some Sabbat may be using Kaltreider Library in Red Lion as their haven. They plan to train the klan on that building by planting stories that would trigger violence in that racist organization.
  • Aaron Thompson shuts down and then purchases the “Voice of New Life” radio station along Route 30 in East York.
  • Aaron and Constance cool down the anger of the Anarchs by promising Boss Hogg and the Anarchs a week of free reign at Seven Deadly Sins.
  • Aaron met with Zephyr to get more information about Omar. He learned that an anonymous hit was put out on Jimmy C and that since Zephyr was more than happy to take the job he took it. In exchange for the hit, Omar was given a chair that was in fact a religious artifact named the Throne of Ali.
  • Nok returns to York to offer his services to the new Prince, and is rebuffed. Q later speaks to Clio, telling her that she speaks for her clan from now on.
  • A cracked hourglass is found by Q as she returns to Elysium.
  • Aaron learns that the hit was signed for by Tina, Jimmy's ghoul and that she had recently hooked up with Connor. After questioning the two, they learn that while Connor is smarter and more attractive than your average Anarch, he wasn't the one who set up the hit. However, Aaronand Constance do learn that whoever set up the hit was also responsible for the ice and the hourglass.
