eleanor
Eleanor is a Toreador elder and the former Harpy of York. She seems pleasant enough, and has proven very helpful to the younger members of the city. It is said that she is wildly popular in court and once even caused Prince You to crack a smile. She is a warm, colorful, and gentle spot in an otherwise chaotic city.
She stepped down from her duties as Harpy in favor if Sinclair in order to pursue her own personal interests. She has been more or less absent from court since then. She is the sire of Constance "CJ" Jones.
