+Generally speaking, a patrol ship will have a crew of 10 patrolmen and 1 patrol captain.  However, 1 in 6 ships will be the command ship for the patrol squadron and will have a Patrol Commander instead of a Patrol Captain.  Patrol Chiefs will usually be encountered on a planet at the Cop Station (or nearby on business).  Whether there will be some SWAT/Boarding Specialists in place of some of the patrolmen is very situation specific and is hard to predict.
