+Through a bizarre accident, there are 2 uninhabited planets titled XZ-243. It seems that two survey scouts filed their discovery reports at different kiosks at the Chamber of Colonization at precisely the same moment, down to the nano-second and both were issued the same number. In the UGH, of course, the Chambers can't make mistakes, so the codes were left in place, with a Class modifier.  When either is finally inhabited by an Outpost or Colony, it will get a name and will be all cleared up.
