The Beginning of the Beginnings

I think we can incorporate your origin stories right at the beginning. I'm thinking we do either uniform classes or races like we were thinking before. Like if you're a dwarf, we could make a party of dwarves. If you're a warlock, we can do a whole party of warlocks who took the same pact. Etc.

Here is the twist, though. Send me a rough idea for what you want your backstory to be. Include who your peers are in the beginning. Then, each of you will play different characters in the backstory. Each arc will end with the point where your main characters come together. Does that make sense?

So it's like each of you will have an arc all about your characters that leads up to the plot. It will give you all a chance to help with the world building, some control over how you enter the story, and helps the audience get to know your characters.

For your origin stories, think of the character you want to play for the podcast. Hit me with your best shot as far as characters you have always wanted to play. I'm excited to be taking this journey with you guys. I want to try and get our ducks in a row and start recording by February. I've literally been planning this for years. It's the reason I got into podcasting and D&D.
