Ishtar - the executive
Ishtar is Rokko's oldest friend and confidant. They really don't have many skills past hyping Rokko and the Krew in general and seeing that Rokko's orders are carried out by the Krew. They act as Rokko's second in command and take notes as Rokko gives orders.
