You need to choose a dungeon level for the dungeon (usually your character's level) and may choose a theme as well. The theme might be something like “Orc Lair” if you chose a theme, then one half of the monsters encountered will be from that theme (like “Orcs” or “Orc Fighters” or “Orc Thieves”).

Once you have set a level for the dungeon (typically the average of your character-levels), each time a monster result occurs in the room contents table, roll here:
