Thranconia

You never know where you'll find a bunch of Gnomes, but it's never where you want them. If you're looking to find a Gnome village, they're nowhere to be found. If you are looking to be shed of them, there they are. Gnomes live in many very small communities, everywhere except the Badab Desert.

The Gnome Peddler Network: throughout the OSTKRAGS and the areas immediately adjacent exists a network of Gnomish peddlers who trade with the Dwarves and Goblins of the mountains and the humans of Thranconia and elves of the Pine Wood. Where their headquarters are located is unknown, but they are certainly all connected and in close communication. Each peddler has a small cart pulled by a single mule, but up to a dozen might travel together. The official members of the guild fly a white flag with a red triangle from their carts for recognition.

The peddlers seem to be safe from Goblin treachery, whether their services are too valuable, or they have some hold over the goblins is unknown.
