Not Chet is a musically-talented rare Dwomeling (half Dwarf, Half Gnome, Half Halfling) who was recruited by the party when they wiped out the leadership of the Crazy Floggers gang in Wheatabix. They hired him in order to have someone permanently in town to manage their headquarters there (the former Sssh, Don't Enter club).
