Khan Parsnak is a descendant of the original Parsnak, the right-hand of Dengwur. He is the chief of Pulchester and nominal leader of the Therks in Gatavia. In truth, the Therkish clans in the area are each ruled by their own chiefs and only pay lip-service to the Khan.
