Gunderson Amalgamated Tool Consulting is a limited partnership providing expert advice for all tool and machining questions. It works on a per job basis for a negotiated fee, sending its expert consultants to job sites to advise clients on the best tools to use for a variety of manufacturing and construction tasks.

The partnership was formed on April 12, 1955 and the initial partners are Steven J. Gunderson, Senior, Felix Gunderson, Ramiel Smith, and William Proton (minor, with his mother Sally Gunderson Proton holding guardianship). Additional partners may be added by majority vote of current partners. All profits of the partnership are to be split evenly among all partners.
