Latetia was once a mortal, born of the hag Graeae and the mage turned lich Streckript. During her time on the material plane, she was prodigy. She died early, and was seated as a powerful celestial. She was tasked with investigating the predations of the Nine Hells. Her parents briefly attempted to return her to the mortal plane to be with them, but she resisted their attempts at restoring her life even when they attempted to leverage the power of the Old Gods to do so.
