BOOKBURG
Formerly the site of a Bronze Elf sacred grove that was burned down when Polychron captured the city. Over the last century or so, it has become the center of the book trade for the continent. There are wizardly libraries, bok auctions, book binderies, scriptoria, and even some wood-block printing presses that put out runs of the most practical (and short) works.

Bookburg is only accessible from The Heights and Weaverton.
Shopping in Bookburg: this is the place to buy any sort of bookish materials that cost more than 75gp (including low-level magic-user scrolls and all scroll making-supplies). Spend 1 day and roll INT on d20 to find a shop that has what you need. Purchase haggling: roll d20 WIS and d20 CHA checks: if you succeed at both; pay 75% of list; if you fail both; pay double, if you succeed at only 1, pay list.
