The country home of the Wayne family for generations. Patrick Wayne and his family actually spend more time here than elsewhere, despite their legal address is still in the Wayne Building downtown. The place is managed by the family butler Jasper Penniworth.

In May of 1934, the Manor was shaken by what seemed to be earth tremors. It turns out these were caused by an attempt to destroy the house and family made by a tunneling machine.
