Shopping
Purchase haggling: roll d20 WIS and d20 CHA checks: if you succeed at both; pay 75% of list; if you fail both; pay double, if you succeed at only 1, pay list.
Day-trip list purchases: for buying a list of low-cost items, a character can buy all of them in a single day's shopping (subject to a max. price depending on where the shopping takes place –e.g. 75gp in the Bazaar, 35gp in Portburg). Note, if you are buying in bulk, the price maximum is for all items of the same kind, e.g., YOu could buy a maximum of 3 Two-handed swords in the Bazaar in one day (20gpx3=60gp, less than 75). If you want to buy in bulk, you have to find a source/manufacturer.

Shopping in the Villages and Castles

Other purchases must be made in a proper town., except when a cattle sale is happening, then allow a 20gp day-trip list, and all the cattle one would want to buy.
ROAD MOOT: Anything that has to do with horses, wagons or containers can be bought here, a 10gp max day-trip is also available.
HERD MOOT only food and drink can be purchased here, at double cost.
MARCH OF CHRONOS VILLAGES: the March of Chronos is dotted with multitudes of small farming villages. Generally speaking, only food, poor quality clothing and blankets, and beverages can be easily purchased. A simple weapon (i.e. not a sword or crossbow) can be repaired by a blacksmith. Other purchases must be made in a proper town.
CASTLES: each Castle will have several farming villages within a few hundred yards where items can be purchased as they can in the Marcher villages above. Inside the castles themselves, the inhabitants are likely to be able to provide a variety of goods, but must be convinced to, they aren't retailers.
